24 HOUR ADVANCED NOTICE IS APPRECIATED - We understand that unexpected things come up and you can't always give us a 24 hour notice, but please call us so that we can contact someone on our wait-list or fill the spot when someone calls.

Continuous Last Minute Cancellations - Although we do understand that things come up occasionally which stop you from giving us a 24 hour notice of cancellation we can not continually hold an appointment for you to have you cancel at the last minute. We need time to be able to fill the empty time slot, so if you cancel in less than 24 hours more than once we will have to ask for payment in advance, which includes the forfeiture of any certificates or vouchers if you cancel less than 24 hours again.

NO SHOW and NO CALL - We can't fill the empty spot because we are waiting for you. Therefore, paying for your missed appointment would be greatly appreciated. If you continue to miss appointments then we will require you to pay in advance.
